The East Clackamas County EMS Association is a non-profit group comprised of five agencies providing fire protection and emergency medical services in Clackamas County, OR. For over 38 years, our trained first responders have been coming to the aid of residents and visitors. Our association coordinates quarterly training drills, critiques EMS responses, and assists with clinical quality improvement initiatives. We jointly purchase training equipment and share training resources for many of the EMS training activities throughout our respective areas. All of this allows us to provide better EMS services to our communities. Our service area covers approximately 300 square miles within fire district boundaries, plus an additional 500–600 square miles of wilderness and recreational area in the Mt. Hood National Forest.
We hope you enjoy our EMS conference. We have tried to meet the goals of providing high-quality continuing education for EMS providers that work in similar areas where we serve. Please contact any association host representative for assistance.
